Fees and Charges
AUSTAR may charge a fee for the services offered via this Website. Standard lender application fees & government charges may also apply. AUSTAR receives fees from the lenders when users finalise mortgage loan transactions via our service.
The approval of all mortgage loan applications is subject to the lending criteria of the lender chosen by the user.
Privacy Act Statement

Where reasonable and practical we will collect your personal information only from your Mortgage originator or directly from you. If necessary we will collect your personal information from third parties such as our related companies, credit reporting agencies, mortgage insurers, and referring parties; also from publicly available sources of information and from our existing records.

Where possible, we will inform you, at or before the time of collecting your personal information, of the types of organisations that your personal information may be shared with.
